At Conner Hats, we want you to love your new headwear. If your hat isn't a perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the hat in its original packaging to ensure it maintains its shape during transit, including all original tags and protective inserts.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or ship your new hat within 5-7 business days.
